Schedule and Sessions

Veronica Language Coach and the Client will mutually agree on the dates and times of the coaching sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be notified by the Client at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

If this deadline is respected, the session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

If the notice is less than 24 hours, the session is considered due and will be billed in full.

Confidentiality

Veronica Language Coach commits to maintaining full confidentiality regarding any information relating to the Client's strategy, practices or know-how disclosed during sessions.

Intellectual Property

Material provided by Veronica Language Coach is intended exclusively for educational use. Documents or templates shared are provided for educational purposes only.

Payment Terms

The Client commits to paying the invoice in advance (prepayment) by bank transfer or credit card.

Agreement

The commencement of sessions implies full and entire acceptance of these terms by both parties.
