Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does the first coaching session work?
The first session is a time for exchange: we get to know each other, evaluate your current level, and explore your motivations and objectives together. Then, we identify the learning methods best suited to your profile — those your brain naturellement absorbs. Finally, we define the pace and frequency of sessions that work best for you.
2. How do the following sessions work?
Each session is structured in two parts, defined with you and according to your objectives: one part dedicated to language fundamentals (grammar, vocabulary, structures) and one part focused on practical use (everyday situations, specific contexts). All of this, with the methods you've chosen.
3. Are sessions online or in-person?
Coaching is offered 100% online, for maximum flexibility, wherever you are.
4. How long does a session last?
A session lasts on average one hour. The duration can be adapted to your schedule and your objectives. There are flexible options to find the rhythm that best suits you.
5. I'm a beginner — is this coaching for me?
Of course. Coaching is completely personalized, whether you're starting from scratch or want to perfect an already acquired level. The goal is simple: to accompany you from where you are so you can progress at your own pace.
6. What's the difference between a coach and a language teacher?
A teacher transmits knowledge according to a set programme: they decide the content. In coaching, you're at the centre of the process. You define your objectives, choose your methods and take control of your learning. My role is that of a co-pilot: to guide you, resolve your language doubts and train you in concrete situations.
7. What are the payment methods?
Payment is made by bank transfer in advance.
8. How long before I see results?
Progress varies depending on your starting level and your involvement. What's certain is that working on concrete and adapted objectives, the first results are quickly noticeable — particularly greater confidence and more fluency, both spoken and written.
